My Big King tasted like it had been lying there for hours
Unfriendly staff, tried to get rid of you even though you wanted to buy something there (sense?). Received a wrong order twice in a week, the first time the Rösti Lover was missing the Rösti (!?) And the second attempt to buy this burger as a Plant Based burger was undesirably bacon on it. Probably unsuitable for vegetarians.
Often people forget to pack the ordered food and if you don't actually check in the store after buying / picking up that everything is there, the rest will not be made available to you. Also not always too good food, but I think the quality could improve.
Totally unfriendly and incompetent staff. Order was incomplete. Not again.
Was very good because the service was top 5 stars for everything, only the drive has to be a bit wider is really tight to drive through with the car
You are not allowed to go through Corona, but you can order food at drive in! Super and delicious!
The order was REPEATEDLY incomplete. Even when asked to check carefully, a burger was missing, even if there were hardly any customers in the branch. The branch cannot be reached by phone, it seems as if the phone has simply been turned off. Overall: Bad and unsatisfactory!
Total fraud just bought 3 King fusion and the cup was less than half full! That is not possible for the price! So next time I prefer to go to the big M.

Long waiting times, especially due to Corona. Employees quite stressed. Food is classic fast food
My burger was good. But it took a long time on the drive. Maybe more people should work in lockdown. Would be better for everyone.

Been there last night to take away. Order made at the terminal (terminals are new). Since I or we (was there with my brother-in-law) know that something is usually forgotten when packing, we check the packed things for the first time. After checking the two bags, we noticed that the long chicken was not included. So to the counter and have the long chicken, which was ready there, packed by the employee. Thinking about it again in the car because we still felt a bit strange or not enough. Where are the chili cheese fries? So back in, explains to the employee that the CCF are probably not there. He apologized and packed a portion. At home unpacked and found that the box where we expected the King's Mustard Cheese, the CCF from the King's Mustard Cheese menu was but the KMC itself was missing. Then last night I didn't feel like going back there and complaining, the other things would have been cold anyway. OK to eat in the restaurant, you can complain directly if something is missing. Never take away again (ok, we have decided to avoid the shop completely) or you can have the entire order at the counter unpack and show you the entire order from the bags. Completely incompetent employees who are not able to pack an order with what is written on the order. If we hadn't complained yesterday we would have gone without two burgers, one would have been missing for that we had CCF too many. P.S: Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars

Not particularly friendly. Half of the order was missing again (like every time). Very, very slowly. I don't know how this shop can exist. In any case, I won't go there again. I've had enough
Order via a touchscreen and cashless possible. Personally, it annoys me, but it worked from a technical point of view. At the time of the order, there were only three other guests present, the restaurant otherwise empty. My number was about 4 minutes in preparation. Suddenly the number disappeared but we were not shown as ready for collection. On the counter, however, there was a tray that nobody cared about. Only when asked, after the other two guests had their meal, would I be confirmed that the abandoned tray was my number. Very unhappy. Mayo was also forgotten. If the hut is on fire, I totally understand. But not when there is hardly anything going on and the employees withdraw to chat afterwards. Someone didn't feel like it today, I would think. Food tasted as expected anyway. Hence four stars
Nuggets taste like cardboard, burgers are like rubber. Not a lot of activity, but the employees don't think it's necessary to clean the upper floor. I really wanted to give BK another chance, but that was the last one

The worst burger king. They didn’t have salad at 6 pm. How is it possible? I don’t recommend going there.
